This is further to our letter dated August 31 2023 wherein the company had informed that 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is schedule to be held on Monday August 28 2023 through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual means in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).In terms of requirements of Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we are submitting here with the Annual Report of the Company and Notice of the 10th Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2022-23 which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members.The Annual report containing the Notice of the 10th AGM is also uploaded on Companys website at www.vivantaindustries.com.
