HUBTOWN LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to the Provisions of Regulation 29(1) (a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday August 14 2023 inter-alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2023. Further in continuation to our earlier intimation dated June 29 2023 and in compliance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s) the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including Insiders had already been closed with effect from July 1 2023 and shall remain closed till Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2023.
