Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 as informed earlier vide announcement dated August 3 2023 Honble NCLT New Delhi bench vide its order dated July 28 2023 pronounced on August 01 2023 has admitted the application filed by Canara Bank (Financial Creditor) under Section 7 of the insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. copy of order is enclosed herewith.
