TCI INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended on June 30 2023.As informed earlier vide our letter dated June 30 2023 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Insider Trading - Code of Conduct the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from July 01 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of said Unaudited Financial Results to the BSE Limited. The Exchange is hereby requested to take note of and disseminate the same.
