Divya Chartered Accountant Coimbatore as the Statutory Auditor of the Company for a period of 5 years to hold office from the conclusion of the 33rd AGM till the conclusion of the 38th AGM of the Company to be held in the year 2028 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company
