Colorchips New Media Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended 30th June 2023.In continuation to our previous intimation of closure of trading window we would like to inform that the trading window of the Company for all designated persons and immediate relatives will remain closed till 48 hours after the Board Meeting.
