This is in furtherance to our intimation dated June 27 2023 regarding the approval of Resolution plan by NCLT Mumbai Bench vide order No. CP (IB) No. 1633/MB/C-I/20169 dated 23.06.2023. In continuation of earlier intimation we further submit that Steering Committee of D S Kulkarni Developers Limited in its meeting held on 07.08.2023 has approved 18th August 2023 as a record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of Existing Debenture Holder for implementation of Resolution Plan by way of Redemption/ Extinguishment of existing Non-convertible Debenture.
