In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations2015 read with SEBI/HO/CFD/POD-2/P/CIR/2023/93 dated June 202023 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Mallcom(India) Limited at its meeting held on August 072023 has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between Mallcom(India) Limited and Mallcom VSFT Gloves Private Limited(a wholly owned subsidiary of Mallcom(India)Limited under Section 233 of the Companies Act2013.
