Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and Section 139 and and other applicable provisions if any of the Companies Act 2013 we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today has approved the appointment of M/s. Batliboi & Purohit Chartered Accountants (FRN: 101048W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused pursuant to Resolution Plan approved by Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench (NCLT) vide its order dated March 31 2023 (order copy received on 13th April 2023) which provides that on the Closing Date (i.e. 60 days from the approval of the Resolution Plan) the statutory auditor of the Corporate Debtor shall be deemed to have vacated its office and a person nominated by the Resolution Applicant shall be designated and appointed as the Statutory Auditor of the Corporate Debtor on the same day.
