Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2023.2. Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended 30th June 2023.3. Approved Remuneration of Sh. Ashish Bagrodia Chairman & Managing Director for remaining tenure of appointment subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
