Pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 read with relevant rules thereon the company is providing facilities to the members of the company to cast their votes through electronic means for the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Friday 29th September 2023 through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM)
