The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on Thursday the 10th day of August 2023 at the Registered and Corporate Office of the Company considered and approved (a) The Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated & Standalone) for the first quarter i.e. for the period 01-04-2023 to 30-06-2023 along with the Limited Review Report issued by M/s PCN Associates.Pursuant to Regulation 33(3) (d) of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations2015 the Board declares that the Limited Review Report issued by the Auditors is an Unmodified opinion.(b) Appointment of Ms.T.Durga Pallavi ( M.No 23864 CP No 19724 & Peer Review Certificate No 3876/2023) as secretarial Auditor in place of Mr.Y.Koteswara Rao . The change in Secretarial Auditor is on account of non -availability of Mr.Y.Koteswara Rao.
