Approved the standalone Unaudited Financial Results along with Auditors Limited Review Report prepared in accordance with the IND-AS for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2023 as reviewed by the Audit Committee.2. Fixed the date of 42nd AGM to be held on Friday 29th September 2023 through video conferencing and/or other audio visual means (OAVM). 3. Re-appointed Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the FY 2023-24.The financial Results will be published in the newspaper in terms of SEBI (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
