Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Appointment of Statutory Auditor/s

The Board approved the re-appointment of M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP Chartered Accountants as the statutory auditors of the Company for a period of five years from the conclusion of 30th AGM till the conclusion of 35th AGM of the Company to be held in the year 2028 subject to the approval of shareholders of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
