This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Speciality Restaurants Limited (the Company) at its meeting held on August 10 2023 (the Board Meeting) have inter alia considered approved adopted and taken on record: (i) The statement of standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2023 (the Financial Results) along with the limited review report of the statutory auditors of the Company. (ii) Postponement of date of Annual General Meeting:In continuation of intimation made by the Company on May 29 2023 under the subject Outcome of Board Meeting held on May 29 2023 intimated to the Exchanges that the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday September 14 2023 we wish to inform that the date of 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Thursday September 14 2023 is being postponed due to exigencies to Friday September 22 2023.
