The Un-audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated both) of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30th June 2023. Policy on Disclosure of Material Events Update: In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 and subsequent amendments the Board has approved revised Policy on Disclosure of Material events of the Company. The objective is to ensure timely and thorough disclosure of material events and price sensitive information.
