Dr. E Moses Road Worli Mumbai - 400018 at 02.30 p.m. and concluded at 05.20 p.m. The Board discussed and approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023 along with Limited Review Report thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regn 2015 and other items as per the attached file.
