We would like to inform that the Warrant Holders have paid the balance of the consideration aggregating to Rs. 15490910/- and have applied for exercising their rights for conversion of 31100 warrants into equivalent number of Equity Shares. Consequently the Board of Directors in its meeting held on i.e. August 10 2023 has allotted 31100 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10/-each to the warrant holder
