The Board of Directors of the Company at their 240th Meeting held on Thursday 10th August 2023 approved the closure of Register of members and share transfer books from Saturday 9th September 2023 to Friday 15th September 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM).
