The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today August 21 2023 have inter-alia considered and approved first interim dividend of Rs.5/- per equity share i.e. 50% on face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2023-24. Such interim Dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration to those Members entitled thereto.Record Date is fixed on Friday September 01 2023 for the purpose of determining entitlement of the Members for such Interim Dividend.
