To consider convening and holding of Annual General Meeting of the Companyand to approve the draft notice thereof.2. To consider providing of e-voting facility to the shareholders for the ensuingAnnual General Meeting and appointment of Scrutinizer for the said purpose.3. To consider and approve the Boards Report for the year ended on 31st March2023 along with its annexures.4. To determine dates for book closure and cut-off date for e-voting and e-votingperiod.5.
