The 43rd AGM of our Company will be held on Tuesday 12th September 2023 at 2:00 p.m. through Video Conferencing/ other audio visual means. The register of members and the share transfer book will remain closed form 5th September 2023 to 12th September 2023( both days inclusive) for the purposes of AGM. The Cut-off date for determining the eligibility to vote has been fixed as 4th September 2023
