Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the BLS International FZE subsidiary of the Company is in process to subscribe 100% share capital of BLS International Travel & Tourism a company incorporated under the law of Saudi Arabia consequent to the subscription of 100% share capital of BLS International Travel & Tourism (Saudi Arabia) will become Step down subsidiary and Wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.The details required are annexed as Annexure A
