This is to inform you that Mr. Sanjay Kumar Gupta Executive Director and Company Secretary will also be the Chairperson of the Company and Mr. Aloke Kumar Gupta has been designated as Executive Director of the Company with effect from 21.08.2023 subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General meeting.
