Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform the Exchange that the Finance Committee of the Compay at its Meeting held on August 21 2023 has approved an allotment of 259143 equity shares to those options grantees who had excercised their options under the Employee Stock Option Schemes of the Company.
