We have come across an article in Business Standard on 15 August 2023 with the heading Trouble brews in Raunaq Singh family. In this regard we wish to inform you that the name of the our Company is unnecessarily dragged in the said news article when admittedly we are not the party to the so-called Memorandum of Family Settlement (MOFS) and the related litigationThe matter is before High Court of Delhi - Suit No CS (OS) 329/2023 - and at present under mediation before the mediator Justice A.K Sikri (Retd Judge Supreme Court of India) appointed by Honble High Court of Delhi. We shall keep the stock exchanges updated on any significant developments in this regards.At this point we would also like to state that Mr. Sameer Kanwar does not hold any share in the Company as of date.This is your information please.
