The Company had on August 12 2023 published an Ad regarding Notice of 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company before dispatch of Annual Report for FY 2022-23 in Mumbai Lakshdeep Mumbai Edition (Marathi) released on August 12 2023.Due to publication error the content published mentioned that the AGM of the Company will be held through VC/ OAVM however it will be held by physical mode. To correct the error the publication has re-published the ad in Mumbai Lakshdeep Mumbai Edition (Marathi) released on August 22 2023.
