We have come across an article in Business Standard on 15 August 2023 with the heading Trouble brews in Raunaq Singh family.The matter is before High Court of Delhi - Suit No CS (OS) 329/2023 - and at present under mediation before the mediator Justice A.K Sikri (Retd Judge Supreme Court of India) appointed by Honble High Court of Delhi. We shall keep the stock exchange updated on any significant developments in this regards.At this point we would also like to state that Mr. Sachit Kanwar does not hold any shares in the Company as of date nor he is in the Board of Directors.This is for your information please.
