Book Closure For AGM And Determining Entitlement Of Members For Final Dividend If Declared At The AGM

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from Sunday September 10 2023 till Saturday September 16 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 36th AGM and dertermining of entitlement of the members for the Final dividend if declared at the AGM.
