We would like to inform you that in accordance with the provision of chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 and Section 42 and 62 of the companies Act 2013 read with the relevant rules framed there under the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on August 23 2023 through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) has approved the allotment of 204375 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a Price of Rs. 240/- to Promoter and non-Promoters for consideration in cash and 175000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a Price of Rs. 240/- to non-Promoters for consideration other than cash on preferential basis.
