Dear Sir/MadamThis is further to our letter dated 22nd August 2023 wherein the Company had submitted its Annual Report along with the Notice of the 38th Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday 14th September 2023 at 11:00 a.m. (IST) through video conference / other audio-visual means. This is to inform you that there was an inadvertent error in related party disclosure on page number 91 of the annual report where the name of a related party (Filmcity Media Limited) was not mentioned. We are enclosing herewith the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2022-23 along with the Notice of 38th AGM of the Company.
