Pursuant to the order dated August 10 2023 passed by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench under the Pre Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 Consider and approved the allotment of 1000000 (Ten Lakhs) Equity Shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each at an issue price of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each for cash to the Promoter Group.
