(IST) through VC/OAVM and the venue of the AGM shall be deemed to be the Registered Office of the Company at No. 24 II Main I Phase Doddanekkundi Industrial Area Mahadevpura Post Bengaluru-560048. The meeting is in compliance with all the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and the rules made thereunder and the Circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in this regard to transact the businesses set forth in the Notice convening the AGM.
