Uniply Industries Limited has been admitted into Liquidation Process under The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016; vide the order of The Honble National Company Law Tribunal Chennai Division Bench - I. Mr. L V Shyam Sundar has been appointed as the Liquidator. Since the Liquidation Order is not machine readable the same has been emailed to BSE vide email dated 1st June 2023
