Re-appointment of Directors: a) Re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Asher DIN: 00008221 as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Bank for a second term of four consecutive years from October 10 2023 up to October 9 2027 ( both days inclusive). b) Re-appointment of Mrs. Bhavna Doshi DIN: 00400508 as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Bank for second term of four consecutive years from January 14 2024 up to January 13 2028 ( both days inclusive).The items at Serial No. 1a & 1b above are subject to the approval by the Shareholders of the Bank by means of a Special Resolution through Postal Ballot.
