In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) read together with Part A of Schedule III thereto we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday August 23 2023 inter-alia considered and approved the proposal of raising funds through issuance of debt securities upto Rs. 2000000000 (Rupees Two Hundred Crores Only). Further the Board of Directors have also authorized the Finance Committee of the Company to consider and approve the quantum terms and conditions and other ancillary matters as may be required for issuance of debt securities.
