The 142nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of Kemp & Company Limited (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Friday 15th September 2023 at 5:00 p.m. IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Pursuant to Regulation 34 and Regulation 36 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed herewith electronic copy of the Notice of the 142nd AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2022-23 (Annual Report) being sent today i.e. 23rd August 2023 by email to those Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depository Participant(s). The requirements of sending physical copy of the Notice of the AGM and Annual Report to the Members have been dispensed with vide MCA Circular/s and SEBI Circular.
