Compliance under Regulation 39(3) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (LODR).In pursuance of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI LODR we wish to inform that today the Company has issued duplicate share certificates (Letter of Confirmation) in lieu of original share certificates reported as lost/misplaced by the shareholders the details are as per the letter attached herewith.
