In term of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that Mr. Brij Bhushan Singh Executive President- Defence Products has vide e-mail sent on August 04 2023 expressed his desire to take early retirement due to his personal reasons. A copy of email received from Mr. Brij Bhushan Singh in this regards is enclosed herewith.It is further informed that on his request Mr. Brij Bhushan Singh has been relieved from his duties effective end of business hours of August 18 2023.
