In continuation to our letter dated 18th November 2023 please find enclosed herewith copy of resignation letter dated 17th November 2023 received from Mr. Ajit Kolhe Head IT & Systems of VIP Industries Ltd. (the Company) in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A (7C) of Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. It is further informed that there is no other reason for his resignation other that the reasons mentioned in the said resignation letter.
