Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the third meeting of the Committee of Creditors is scheduled to be held on November 23 2023 under Section 24 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 read with Regulation 18 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Regulation Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations 2016.
