We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) the Board of Directors of NARMADA MACPLAST DRIP IRRIGATIONS SYSTEM LIMITED at their meeting held today i.e. November 22 2023 has approved the appointed Mr. Rohilkumar Manishkumar Sadiwala and Mr. Kamlesh Dayalal Patel as an Additional Directors (Non-Executive) on the Board of Company with effect from November 22 2023 to hold the office till the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting.Disclosure pursuant to SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 is enclosed herewith as Annexure -A.
