In terms of Regulation 39(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we submit herewith information in respect of issue of Letter of Confirmation in place of Duplicate Share Certificates and also retaining the physical securities as per the existing procedure and deface the certificate with a Stamp Letter of confirmation issued on the face/reverse of the certificates to the respective shareholders.
