Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Saturday November 25 2023 which commenced at 10:00 A.M. and concluded at 10:30 A.M. had considered and approved the following:1. Took on record the resignation letter dated November 24 2023 received from Mr. Satyanarayana Kaduri (PAN: AWZPK9385K) from the post of Director of the Company with immediate effect as he is disqualified from being a Director in the Company as per the provisions of the Companies Act 2013.
