This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday 25th November 2023 has considered and approved the following matters inter-alia: The Board of Directors of the Company confirmed that the Company was acquired by new Management and the Open offer for acquisition is completed. The Board of Directors will ensure to comply the regulations 3(5) and 3(6) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (PIT Regulations) in the ensuing quarter i.e. October 2023 to December 2023. The Company already purchased and installed the SDD software provided by Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd successfully.The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 11:50 a.m.Kindly take note of the same.
