Dear Sir/Madam We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its adjourned meeting held on 11th November 2023 has approved the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023.The Company had uploaded the pdf along with half yearly cash flow statement. The pdf uploaded by the Company erroneously states for the year ended 30th September 2023 however the same is for the half year ended 30th September 2023.There has been typo error by the Company.The Company is unable to upload the correct financials in Outcome of Board Meeting Tab so we are uploading the same here ie General Announcement Tab.
