Shifting of Registered Office of the Company from the State of West Bengal to the State of Maharashtra and consequent alteration to the situation Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to necessary approvals.C. Approved notice calling of postal ballotThe e-voting period begins on Sunday December 3 2023 at 10.00 a.m. and ends on Monday January 1 2024 at 5.00 p.m. During this period shareholders of the Company holding shares as on the cut-off date i.e. Friday December 1 2023 may cast their vote electronically.
