Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that the Company has made a strategic tie-up through a Power Purchase Agreement with Sunsure Solarpark Sixteen Private Limited (earlier Melumalai Energy Private Limited) [hereinafter called Sunsure] towards generation/supply of renewable energy to the Company for its captive consumption at Sikandrabad (U.P) plant.
