This is in continuation to our letter dated August 14 2023 pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR and specifically the matter disclosed at page no. 261 and 384 of the Annual Report of the Company for FY 2022-23. We would like to inform you that a Civil Suit filed by a party in February 2018 which pending before adjudication before the District Court Delhi has been dismissed by the Court.
