In continuation of our letter dated 21.08.2023 intimating communications received from the BSE and National Stock Exchange for alleged violation of Regulation 17(1A) of LODR Regulations the Company filed an appeal to Honble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) and the SAT has passed order in favour of the Company which is enclosed herewith.
